Reginald Cook

Reg Cook is a longtime leader in the lighting retrofit industry, with over 30 years of experience. He founded National Energy Services (NES) in 1994, overseeing more than 100,000 energy retrofits across retail, medical, government, and industrial facilities. After NES was acquired in 2010, he served as Vice President of Lighting Solutions at Johnson Controls and later led Hemma Concrete as President before returning to lighting with a new energy-focused entity within the Hemma organization. Reg now leads lighting and energy initiatives within Hemma, focusing on strategic growth and client solutions. An Atlanta native, he enjoys boating, golf, biking, and spending time outdoors with his family.
