Leadership Team

For the past twenty years, Reg Cook has been one of the most recognizable and reliable figures in the lighting retrofit industry. His knowledge of lighting solutions and logistics is unmatched. After several years working in aerospace and general contracting ventures, Reg founded National Energy Services (NES) in 1994. NES was a leader in implementing multi-facility, retail, medical, government and industrial retrofit programs. The corporation completed more than 100,000 individual energy retrofits under Reg’s guidance. After the acquisition of NES in 2010, Reg later served as a Vice President of Johnson Controls in their new Lighting Solutions division. Reg briefly left the lighting industry to pursue other construction opportunities as President of Hemma Concrete, a concrete contractor with $60m+ in annual construction volume. His passion for energy consulting quickly brought him back to lighting, and he added a new lighting-focused entity to the growing Hemma family. Reg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. Reg is an Atlanta native and a married father of two college age children, who enjoys boating, golf, biking, and the outdoors.

Bill Cook is one of the leading professionals in the lighting industry, with a pedigree of 20 years working with some of the largest clients and manufacturers in the nation. After he helped build one of the largest private lighting and construction companies in the US, he was instrumental in growing the company into the largest lighting entity in the US with Johnson Controls. His role now involves a focus on operations, and is committed to exceeding customer expectations. Bill graduated from the University of Georgia, and resides in Dunwoody with his wife and four children.

As CFO of Hemma Lighting, Andrew is responsible for all finance, accounting, credit, and risk management functions of the corporation. He has over a decade of experience as an officer for contracting businesses, including many years in the lighting retrofit industry. Andrew also serves as the CFO of Hemma Concrete.  Andrew has a Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California. He resides in Milton, GA with his wife and two young children.

Since April 2015, Jeff Noble has served as the Secretary/Treasurer of Hemma Lighting Inc., in addition to being a board member and Co-owner. Prior to joining Hemma Lighting, Mr. Noble served as the CFO of National Energy Services, Inc. (NES) for more than 15 years, where he oversaw the financial, accounting, and administrative needs of the company. He was a crucial asset in aiding the company to a $40m+ revenue per year company. In addition to his Hemma responsibilities, Mr. Noble is currently the CFO and majority shareholder of Cambridge Professional Group, an Atlanta based company that serves the legal community with their staffing needs. Jeff graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He resides in Sandy Springs, GA with his wife.
