He founded National Energy Services (NES) in 1994, overseeing more than 100,000 energy retrofits across retail, medical, government, and industrial facilities. After NES was acquired in 2010, he served as Vice President of Lighting Solutions at Johnson Controls and later led Hemma Concrete as President before returning to lighting with a new energy-focused entity within the Hemma organization. Reg now leads lighting and energy initiatives within Hemma, focusing on strategic growth and client solutions. An Atlanta native, he enjoys boating, golf, biking, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Bill Cook is a seasoned leader in the lighting industry with 30 years of experience partnering with some of the nation’s largest clients and manufacturers. He helped build one of the largest privately held lighting and construction companies in the U.S. and later played a key role in growing the company into the country’s largest lighting entity under Johnson Controls. Bill focuses on operations, driving efficiency and consistently exceeding customer expectations. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and lives in Dunwoody with his wife and four children.

Bringing over two decades of financial leadership in contracting and the lighting retrofit industry, Andrew Noble drives the strategy and oversight of all finance, accounting, credit, and risk management functions for Hemma Lighting as CFO. He also serves as CFO of Hemma Concrete, applying his expertise to strengthen operations and support growth across the organization. Andrew holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California and lives in Milton, GA with his wife and two young children.

A seasoned financial strategist with over 40 years of experience driving growth and operational excellence, Jeff Noble has served as Secretary/Treasurer, board member, and Co-owner of Hemma Lighting Inc. since 2015. Before joining Hemma, he was CFO of National Energy Services, Inc. (NES), managing finance and administration while helping grow the company to over $40 million in annual revenue. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Miami and lives in Sandy Springs, GA with his wife.

Gregory is a master electrician with over 27 years of electrical installation experience and 21 years in the lighting industry. He has successfully led projects across commercial, industrial, educational, and municipal facilities, ranging from day-to-day installations to managing crews and multiple concurrent projects. In his current role as Director of Operations, Gregory oversees all phases of project execution, including survey, design, planning, and installation, with a strong commitment to doing things right the first time. He lives in Michigan with his wife and enjoys mountain biking, golfing, and snowmobiling.

Over a 30-year career in lighting and the ESCO industry, Rhonda has secured more than $120 million in ESPC and lighting design projects and led teams to strong national performance. As Vice President of Business Development at Hemma Lighting, she brings deep industry expertise and a proven track record of driving growth. Rhonda has played a key role in advancing the ESCO industry, founding the Tennessee chapter of the Energy Services Coalition, serving 12 years on its Board, and holding multiple leadership roles with NAESCO, including four years on the Executive Committee. Based in Alabama, she and her husband Skip own The Destination, a nationally recognized glamping resort.

Robin brings a rewarding 30-year career in education, having served as a high school business and computer teacher and later as a district technology specialist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education, a master’s degree in communications, and has completed extensive professional development in technology, building a career centered on learning, technology, and effective communication. After retiring from education, Robin sought a new professional challenge and now applies her experience, adaptability, and passion for growth in her current role.

A versatile operations and procurement professional, Emilie Taylor serves as Director of Material Procurement at Hemma Lighting, contributing across material procurement, project management, budget development, and accounting. Known for her dedication and adaptability, she plays a key role in supporting Hemma’s operational and project success. Emilie lives in Huntsville AL with her husband Todd and their two children, frequently traveling to the Hemma Lighting office in Atlanta.

A Clemson University graduate with a degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Chandler Cook has been with Hemma Lighting since 2017, contributing as a surveyor, project engineer, and lighting designer. His versatile experience across roles supports Hemma’s project execution and operational success. Chandler lives in Greenville, South Carolina, with his Alaskan husky, Texas, and enjoys playing the piano, producing music, and staying active through running and weightlifting.

Hailing from a family of electricians in lower Michigan, Mike Melling has been immersed in the electrical and lighting industry since starting at Pebernat Electric in 2008. He joined Hemma Lighting Solutions in 2017, where he has earned multiple Master Electrician licenses and built extensive expertise in safety, project management, and lighting solutions. Mike’s hands-on experience and technical knowledge make him a key contributor to Hemma’s operational success and project execution.

Pavel Kolechko brings extensive field experience as a senior surveyor, with a proven track record across a wide range of facility types. He holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering as well as a bachelor’s degree in the field, providing him with a strong technical foundation that supports his work in complex environments. Pavel has surveyed more than 300 million square feet across projects including schools, paper mills, medical facilities, and other challenging facilities, earning recognition as the company’s top-performing surveyor. In his current role, he specializes in conducting accurate, detailed lighting surveys that provide the foundation for successful design, pricing, and installation. Originally from Ukraine, Pavel is known for his reliability, precision, and strong work ethic.

Having grown with Hemma Lighting through two summer internships, Collin joined the team full-time in 2025, bringing a versatile skill set across project management, surveying, lighting design, and marketing. He works closely with leadership to coordinate projects and ensure critical deadlines are met, combining technical expertise with strategic insight to support Hemma’s operations and business initiatives. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Collin lives in Midtown Atlanta and enjoys reading, film, and video editing.
